The only long term and reasonably quick fix is to remove the loose clear coat, sand the entire area being careful not to penetrate the thin gel coat, spray primer, base coat, and then new clear coat.
It is probably a $3000 project. I had the brow from windshield back to the rear of the horns done in 2004 for $1,000. That repair is still good today.
I am doing the roof cap sides myself in my driveway. Not an easy process.

I have the same clear coat peeling, in the top front forward of horns and behind spot light and then along the curved edge along the sides. I was also getting white streaking down the sides from roof oxidazation, so I used painters tape just past the white roof and coated the roof and it stopped the streaking but when removing the tape it removed more clear coat. I am hoping to set my rig up with a solar system for boondocking and hoping to hit the road this fall and search for warm weather!

Thanks for the compliment. I am being challenged with clear coat peeling on the white portions of the rig. Those areas are clear coat over gelcoat.
We have always admired the Concept, but it was way out of our price range when we bought back in 2002. It is a rig to be proud of. A Prevost type ride, I would guess.
Our rig has the Cummins C8.3L 300hp engine with 97,000 miles on the Gillig chassis.

Wow! I love your rig, I have the 95 concept and love it. It's a nicer rig than I ever thought I would own I just had to wait 20 years so I could aford it. I have the DD 8v92 in mine with 165k miles. What in yours? I was going to include a pic of my rig but no luck!
