My weights are alittle higher and yes I had all 4 corners weghed. mine call for 75 front and 85 rear. I put 5 lbs extra ( 80 and 90 ) in case I lose a little, therefore you should be good to go at 75 front and 85 rear IMO. That should also give you a buffer until you can have the 4 corners weighed someday.
