Hi - I replaced the motor back in 2012 and it's still working great. I bought the motor from a company called rollertrol.com - I haven't checked recently to see what they offer now, but back in 2012 I had to fabricate an interface to connect the motor to the shade. I wrote up a procedure on how I did it, and have the PDF file that I can email to you if you like. Just let me know your email address and I'll send it out to you.
