Wardy, Thank you so much for the follow up. I have an appointment next Friday. I'm a little less confident now, but I will hope for the best. Unfortunately, not alot of good options here locally other than to replace the glass all together. Thanks again.

They cheerfully agreed to replace the window pane but it's a big inconvenience, especially if they have to re-order the pane. So I would can recommend them but only with reservation. You must check their work and be prepared to leave the coach for two weeks (or so) if they have to order glass due to etching. Alternately you could have the good pane's repaired, leave and then come back. Let me know if you have any other questions.

jomidabr: Per your request, followup from my Suncoastdesigners stay. I'll post more under "Foggy Windows" at a later date. If you go to them make certain you check their work. They had to re-caulk all five of my windows. The original caulk job looked like something a newby would do after their 4 or 5th caulk try. It was awful. Anyway the same 2 guys re-caulked the 5 windows they they did a completely different job, much better and they never protested or made me feel like I put them out. It's hard to believe the same two could do such poor work. I tipped them $20 each after the redo. BUT, when I got home I noticed the one window that needed new glass was terribly distorted. I phoned them today and they "that happens sometimes with the new tempered glass standards". You can even feel the distortion with your hand.
