You can get the air leveling added at HWH in Moscow, IA. Cost is about $10,000, I understand and takes about a week to get installed. Previously I owned an Anthem with ISL. Always got me up the hills, just not quite as fast as the Cornerstone. Seems that the Cornerstone used about 4X as much DEF per mile for some reason. No big deal, but thought I would mention it. Sure you can get Silver Leaf added also just have no idea of cost.

    Thanks dlovitt!

Good information. I know that Newmar builds far more coaches than Entegra. It seems that I am seeing far more issues on the Entegra site than on the Newmar site lately, and although I like the idea of a 2 year warranty, I would rather have a coach that doesn't need it!

At the Pomona show I was with the Newmar rep and he stated that he had seen a very large number of Cornerstones traded in on Newmars. I just wish that I could get the air leveling and silverleaf controls on the Dutch Star. I also worry about the ISL9 being slow on the very heavy Dutch Star. My 45LP is no speed demon up the mountains here in Utah and the Dutch Stars looks like it weighs about 4-5,000 pounds more!

Unfortunately I was dumb and test drove the 2018 Cornerstone and the 2018 Mountain Air at Pomona instead of the ISL9 powered Dutch Star and Aspire/Anthem.

Cornerstone was built during a time when Jayco mentality (production) took priority over quality. Had way too many problems to recount. Final straw was $12,000 of non warranty repairs. Leaking roof that Entegra could not/would not find until out of warranty as well as defective generator that failed 4 times in first 700 hours. Onan not interested in finding out why and Entegra could not get them to do anything about it.

    Hi dlovitt!

I have been looking at trading out my current 2014 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45LP coach for an 2018 Entegra Anthem or a Newmar Dutch Star 4369 or 4002. I see that you are going from your 2014 Cornerstone to a Dutch Star. Many would consider it surprising to leave Entegra. I was wondering why you have chosen Newmar and the Dutch Star after having the Cornerstone? At this point I am about 80% sold on the Dutch Star also but am interested in your take!

    Thanks for your help,
    Tad
