    Hi Again Tom,
I have an odd thing going on with my level display. It works excellent when on 12 volts, but all the levels go to max, or full when on shore power. It's been that way since I got it, and I just live with it. I'm sure it's some electrical interference causing it, but where to start looking?
Is you 38J the same, or is it just mine?

    Hi Tom,
Hope you are still happy with your 38J. Did you get a spare tire mount built? I got mine done and put a good used tire only in it. I shrink wrapped it and also cut a couple of pieces of 1/2 inch plywood in the center to keep the dirt out. I can send you some pics if you are interested.
I have a question for you- have you looked at the hot water heater and figured out how to get at the electric element? I'm thinking mine isn't working but can't seem to get at it. Easy to get to the propane parts, but dammed if I can see the electric element!
Hope you had a good Summer.

    Norm Gunderson,

I see you have 38J in your signature. Do you carry a spare tire with it? If you do, how do you keep it? On a rim or just the tire? And where, under the back frame?
Thinking of carrying a spare on mine, but haven't built a rack yet.
Any pics of your mount may help me. Thanks.
