ok, the diagram is with the wiring diagrams in the second 1/2 of the service manual.
it should also show the wiring for the control box. to test the touch pad, remove the white cover, if you have the long orange plug, and use a 12 volt tester. if you have the 5 pin connector, all you can do is check the resistance with a vom meter. this is also described in the manual.
