Our radio went out last year on a trip. We had nothing, no camera, radio, etc- 2013 33.2.
We were told to pull the radio out and disconnect the harness wires. Leave them disconnected for a while and then reconnect. Hit reset button and that should work. It didn't. But I then proceeded to tell them what a the horrible things that have been posted on the wire and internet about this particular radio and that it apparently has been an issue and they should make good on it.
Well they did replace it free. Try it, it may work.
