Sorry, just seeing this now. Yes, I did own a Rhapsody. Our's was the second unit built. Sadly it was an absolute mess and got no support. The chassis and drive train was solid and really enjoyed driving it but had so many other problems that made it completely unreliable. The two biggest issues were electrical and with the slides. Buddy Gregg had the coach for nearly 2 years and ended up doing more damage than they actually fixed. The driver side bedroom slide was a hit or miss on if it would retract or not. We used to retract slides the day before we needed to move because we were never sure it would work.
An example of electrical issue-when you tuned on the exhaust brake the fuel gauge would go to empty.
The whole coach is operated via the Crestron system and would require a completely new reprogramming to get the system running.
Buddy Gregg ended up selling the unit to someone in Oregon. That's the last I heard.
