    Gary,
Please change the word "yaw". You know dern well what it means (rotation-like motion about a vertical axis). The other thing is, I don't know who started the myth that a front blowout causes a side force to appear. What really happens is simple to explain. But, in order to understand it you have to know a lot about the "startle factor". Thanks

Gary, question on one of your posts.
My pathway X2 fell and separated from the base. How does it attach to the base? Are the gears supposed to be a press fit? Is there a certain alignment required for the gears?

Hello Gary, old F-4 crew chief, Kunsan, South Korea, 1972-1973, remote tour and marshal law back in those days. Take care and hope to shake your hand someday, Jim

Good Afternoon from the desert. I was an F-4 C-D-E maintainer from the time the USAF got the aircraft at MacDill AFB in 64 until the last of them became drones out of Mojave airport in CA or reduced to aluminum junk at the breakers yard. I did enjoy it and spent 20 active and 20 in civil service doing what I did during active duty.

I was asking because I am a CMSGT retired crew chief type, 33 years 8 months 28 days but who's counting. I never was on F4's, a lot of recips to start later on to Buff's. Did you retire from the USAF?
