    I have a JVR212T, and it just quit working. I can't control the unit with the on/off button. I get a constant static noise and, with a blank screen. The radio and cameras will not work. The static will go away when I put my coach in reverse as the radio would normally do. I have written your tech number down from another post, but thought you might have some insight as to what is wrong with the unit. I've had to unplug it to stop the static. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    I have 2 major issues with my vm9022 + NAV102 ( bought in 2008)

    Issue 1: each time i switch off/on my car the navigation says " no SD" and the only way is to remove and insert again the SD in the NAV102

    Note 1: permanent +12V on main unit is OK
    Note 2: ii doesn't occur if you switch off the unit for a short tilme (<15s);
    i think the nav102 internal capacitors keep it running during this short time

    Issue2: Sometimes the screen displays alphanumeric red characters over the normal display and the only way to clear them is to reset the unit

    Note: the unit is running fine when these characters are displayed
