No, 30 amp was enough for this visit. We were under huge trees (lots of shade) and 100' from the water. It might get warm enough for air-conditioning but not by much.
The 50 amp sites were "no big trees" and a little tighter. Had we had neighbors there would have been 20-30' between units.
