Hi OC, I have a 21 MA as well. The hill on I-40 in NC on the way to Pigeon Forge, the day we left the dealership with the bus, was very painful. The bus was not loaded and we were not towing anything. 65 MPH to 35 MPH on that hill and would not manually downshift from 4 to 3. Barely held 35 MPH. After a significant checkout of the drivetrain, we decided to go the PDI engine tune route. We picked up 15% in output, getting the X12 to the X15 output for HP and torque. We now tow a Wrangler and accelerate up steep grades. Holding 65 MPH or 75 MPH going up hill in auto-cruise is no problem. My strong belief still is that the MA is significantly under-engined and the tune, which is a customized firmware change to the Engine Control Module (ECM), fixed the issue for me. After I tried it and raved about it, the owner of the dealership made the same change to his MA and raved about it. No worries on chassis warranty. Easy to remove the ECM code prior to warranty service. Bill
