I have a 1981 Silver Eagle coach on an Oshkosh Chassis w/a big ford motor, I am have trouble with the auto brake not releasing and it is not like any other system I have seen. The linkage is on the passenger side and it appears to me the rest of the system is on the driver side, can you offer any assistance??

2002 Workhorse Chevy Brake beeping while in drive.
RV Sat for a year... when I put it in gear AUTO PARK disengages and works. The dash idiot light is on blinking and a beeping happens in forwards or reverse when i go over 5 mph? Seems like a speed sensor to me. Brakes are new from last year... level in MBS is full - Hydraulic on Auto brake is full no leaking. Auto brake works perfect.Problem - When vehicle is in drive and gets above 5 MPG a warning beeping sound is present while the Brake Light Indicator (B) is illuminated on the dash.
When on Park - NO beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and foot on brake - No beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and in Drive with foot on brake - No beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and in Reverse with foot on brake - No beeping
    Thanks for the help

my autopark brake is leaking fluid from the servo motor that pulls the spring back to release the brake, is there a way to replace the seal? or do I have to replace the servo?. do you know where to get parts?

    Autobrake engages while driving.
I have a 2000 storm 30H on a workhorse chassis. I was trying to sell it and while a potential buyer was taking it on a test drive, the autobrake light came on. The coach seemed to drive normally and we continued driving about 5 miles. I noticed brake fluid leaking from the middle of the coach. I immediately drove it to my mechanic (about 5 miles) who said I overheated the brakes by continuing to drive it and it now needed the brake pump and reservoir replaced. He made the repairs however can not figure out why the autobrake still continues to engage after a few miles of driving? Any suggestions as to what would cause this. (It has been in the shop 3 plus weeks and he admits he is still has no idea what is causing the problem.

    Mystery Noise Is confounding!
I have a 2003 Winnie Brave on a P-32 workhorse chassis and have worked out what I thought was all the inherent bugs such as autopark issies, ignition switch overload etc. but identifying this noise has really got me, give it a try! The noise is a raspy sound that only happens when the coach is driving between 35-40 mph regardless of turning the wheel, accelerating, braking etc. I can feel a slight friction vibration when it occurs in the steering wheel/gas pedal as it happens in random little bursts. I have no dash lights indicating a EGR pump failure or anything. Drove with wheel covers off the front end and it still happened as been doing since last years spring trip. We did notice the raspy metallic sound was lessened during rainy driving... The noise is confined to the front end maybe driver side area and I have looked beneath the chassis everywhere I can but nothing amiss? Take a stab at it??
Joe, 30' Winnie (not a newbie), thank you!!

I have a 1997 Pace Arrow with a P30 Chasis. My issue with the Auto Park is that is comes on sporadically when shifting into reverse. Could this be a problem with fluid level or is it an issue with my gear shift and some type of alignment? Any advice would be appreciated. Thx

    Hello Roger,

Did you receive the email I tried sending you yesterday? I bought an RV that is missing the auto brake pump poppet assembly. Do you know where I can find one without buying the whole pump? Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Regards,

    Dave

We have a 2002 Brave with the large Chevy engine and I beleive an allsion trans and a Workhorse chasis. We tow a race car with it at approx 5570 lbs. Issue is when it gets warm (never happened when cold so I assume heat is a factor) after driving, stop and atempt to move the lever from D into park I get into somekind of a neutral position. The lever moves into the park position Additionally the parking brake no longer works. Drives fine and will go back into drive and or reverse but neither the parking brake or Park work. this is an intermitent problem but has been getting worse

Thanks in advance for any help
