I'd like to try to help you. And I may have knowledge that could do that and perhaps a phone call would help. We are traveling now and won't have a good chance to talk until Friday or Saturday. (We are on our way to Houston!) If you want to talk, PM me your phone number and I will call you Friday afternoon or Sat AM. Let me know what time (in TX) would be good for you. The rumour is that the ORV dealer in Pendelton is great. I personally have not done business with them. We live in Pasco, WA and I know personally the ORV folks in LaGrande very well.

Hey Plasma, quick question: how are you pulling your 2010 Outback toad? I have a 2010 Outback and I love it but we can't pull it.

    plasma800,
What part of Texas are you in? My parents used to live in Dallas. Had a chance to visit a couple of times. Nice city! Looking to break in the RV this year. Only got one weekend to create the punch out list before I covered it for the winter.
Do you have any recommendations for visiting Texas and what to see while in the state? Any information appreciated.
    Take care and safe travels,

Congrats on the Rev. I was looking at that one for awhile on eBay. How we're they to work with? Was the unit as they described? I see you and the unit are in Houston. I take it you were able to see it and take for a ride before purchase. If you don't mind ballpark of what you were able to purchase for. Thanks and good luck with the Rev it's a awesome coach.

Payload = The amount of downward weight your truck is rated for. You will find this number on a yellow sticker in the door jamb, and it will read "CARGO PLUS PASSENGERS MUST NOT EXCEED xxxx"

This would be inclusive of the pin weight or tongue weight of your trailer, the hitch, you, your dogs, your wife, your kids, and is unique to your truck.

When you begin to reach the max payload or exceed the max payload, your truck won't break, however, physics is no longer...

Here's the trick to towing the Subie - it must be a manual transmission. So that basically puts you into the base model.

But honestly, we love it. We paid 15k cash for the 2010 car with 30k miles on it, and we beat the heck out of it!!! We rubbered all the floors with tray mats that fit perfectly with a lip. And we have no problem loading us, two dogs and all our gear soaking wet from fishing or whatever without feeling bad about it

The rear of the car has a ton of...
