    Hi Keith, I
    I just saw your message. Yes, TA will remove wax so you must use it with caution. For windshields I dilute 2-1, but you can use it straight. For pain however, you should dilute 5-1. It will still remove the wax, but leave the finish unharmed. Just wax over the spots you removed the streaks from. I am going to install a gutter in the trouble spots so I can direct the water where I want it to go. Hopefully that will minimize the streaking and isolate them to one area . Hope this helps
