Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. I just noticed your quetion this morning.
Phoenix Cruisers don't have an Achillie's Heel. There is nothing about them that stands out as a weak point to watch out for except the usual issues that every motorhome has, most notably the slide-out(s). Make sure the slide-out seals properly when closed. Inspect it for a good fit, good alignment when closed up. Check it's operation, opening and closing. When fully extended, check for a soft floor in the area around the slide-out.
Everything else to inspect for is like other motorhomes. Make sure all features work properly, and the chassis has no issues.
As with every motorhome, a water mark on the ceiling is a sign of water leaking in, but PCs generally don't leak. Over the years, I have read a few had water get in through the bathroom skylight, but that has been rare. The repairs were simple with no serious damage (like roof rot) to deal with.
Hi Rick and Marcella, hope you are enjoying the new to you Signature. Looks very nice and must have been garage kept. Hope to see you in Main at the end of August but don't with the current COVID-19 thing how that will pan out.
Hello rpasetto, I would really appreciate a copy of your schematics. I have a 2003 Zanzibar that is giving me fits with the ex brake, brake lights and cruise control.
