Hello. Saw your comments on installing the OEM brake controller on a ram truck. I purchased a 2012 with towing package but no brake controller. I am going to install the oem controller on my 2012 ram 1500. I was under the impression that I had to take it into dodge service to get the computer set up correctly. Did I read that I can do that setup from my steering wheel controls in "setup" mode?

    Rusty,

Dunner and I would like to create a poll regarding the "cheap handling fix" described in that thead in the Ford Chassis forum. Dunner is in the process of contacting Jim McKindley, OP, for his opinion.

Would this be deemed a duplicate thread or would it be allowed? Any chance the Poll could be moved to the original thread? Thanks

    John...

    Rusty!

I have just seen your fantastic picture of the Bluebonnets and I really like it.

Any chance of having the full size picture e-mailed to little old Denmark. Info@winnebago.dk

    Thanks and all the best.

    Hello Rusty,
Its Mike Dabbs here, a fellow Boomer. I just bought a 2006, Dodge Ram Dually, quad cab, automatic with 74,ooo miles on it. It seems to be a solid, well cared for, one owner vehicle which I have dubbed "Big Red". BTW congrats on your new 2011. I bet its a sweet ride! My question is, Do I need to buy any special rating Tires for towing my 2003, 34' Nuwa 5th wheel? or are the standard 235/80/r17 good to go? I see some postings about "E" rated tires..... Do you reccommend any particular brand over others? I trust your experience and would greatly appreciate any advice on any upgrades to ready Big Red to go get our 5th wheel in California.

Rusty: my compliments to you for closing down the "Bad Dogs" thread. It was time. I'm a moderator at a metal detecting forum, so know what you go through.
