    Hi,
I came across your post from several years ago regarding your Surgeguard ATS reading higher than actual voltage causing you to lose power during the night. We have been experiencing the same situation for the last year. This past weekend, I purchased a Watchdog Surge protector/power monitor and plugged it in at the pole. It was exactly as you said, the reading from the Watchdog was 7-8 amps lower than what the SurgeGuard is reading. The SurgeGuard never reads lower than 129 and at 131 shuts down our power. Do you remember who you talked to for the solution? I called Southwire and they told me that the SurgeGuard is just doing what it's supposed to do.
