I'm so sorry I missed this question from you. It was in a category called "Profile Comments" and I never check that before.

If it isn't too late, the answer is the Discovery does well on snow covered roads and temperatures down to 0. This past winter we went to Canaan Valley in 3 feet of snow and temperatures hovering at 8 degrees.

Again I'm sorry for missing your question.

    Hi Rob,

I just had my 12,000 mile/year one service done on my Dutch Star at the Houston Freightliner service center, it's the one close to 610 and I-10. I was very impressed with the service and very pleased with the price, it was much more reasonable than I expected.
I had spoken with the folks at the Bryan FL shop but they really don't know much about motorhome chassis service, the Houston facility is set up for motorhomes, they are done in a separate building from the trucks.
I suggest you call Matt Conklin, he is the lead mechanic in the motorhome shop and will be able to answer any of your questions and get you scheduled. His number is (713) 673-0455. This is the phone in their shop so it may take a few attempts to get an answer but I found it was better to call Matt directly than to call the main service desk.
Don't hesitate to give me a call if you have any questions. My mobile number is (281) 222-3598. Hope this is helpful.

My internals are old passenger type and will not work above 75 psi. My External TPM I have used is Tire Traker
I like the 3 year warranty and user replacable batteries.

What tire pressure are you running on your front tires? You stated you have three air conditionershanks, Walt, do you have the 10kw genny? I'm assuming you have Goodyear G670 275 80 22.5. I'm looking for the best possible ride but not skimping on air pressure. Thanks, Walt
