Hi Rod. I appreciate your post re Colorado Springs. Yes, it is an insane market here. But as you say, there is value. We are close to having our ducks in a row to be completely prepared, but - finding an Agent! At a loss as we are new. Our current Buyer's Agent looks for us to send him listings we'd like to view. :( Completely uninspiring. We've seen 2 good listings come and go.
Thank you for whatever recommendations you may have. We aren't land-locked on Colorado Springs. We are open to the Front Range area. Just no "Designed Communities" that seem to be cropping up everywhere!
