Ready brute elite in Jeep Liberty??

Hi Fellow Roadies.

Getting right to the nub of it, -----------------has anyone used/installed a ReadyBruteElite(c/w surge brake) in to a Jeep Liberty?
I just acquired a 2005 which already has a Demco base plate installed.
I'm liking what I read about the ReadyBrute c/w integral surge brake.
I've viewed their online generic "Installation Instructions" and subsequently viewed how this might be routed/installed to our Liberty Sport.
The engine compartment, especially beneath the Power Brake Booster, looks "quite cramped" --------- thus my question.
If anyone has experience with this (possibly a picture, or two), also, with routing, and affixing the forward (bumper ) end of the conduit,
I'd appreciate your input.

Thanks a bunch.

Can't comment on the Jeep Liberty, but I have installed Ready Brake on my Jeep Wrangler and GMC Sierra 1/2 ton. Very user friendly, super reliable brake system. I wouldn't be afraid to tackle the install, just take your time and think it through before drilling. Good luck!

x2 on the Wrangler. It wasn't super easy but I did get it done. Working up near the firewall on any car can be a challenge.

Let me know what you think.
Thinking of putting Ready Brute on our 2011 Liberty.

Thanks for your interest/contact, Tom.
I ordered and received the ReadyBrute from Vince at Towbars unlimited. Very accommodating Guy, and the product looks good.
As for the installation, ----------the Liberty in question is in Canada, while we're snowbirding in California. I hope to tackle that when we return in April.
Good Luck in your deliberations.

It looks as though the "Ready Brake" is a "surge-type" system and it looks fairly easy to install.
I was wondering if you needed the vacuum assist pump to allow easier pulling for the cable or not.
I would be interested to know if anyone successfully used one on a CRV.
Thanks, Iver.
