Hi!
I've been travelling in various rigs, from a tent in the trunk of a camaro, to a "6-pack" camper in a pickup, to a converted international Tomas body bus, and last year to a Pusher Holiday Rambler Endeavor from 2002. Spent last winter flushing fuel systems, replacing filters on EVERYTHING, tires, belts, roof seals/tape, hoses, did I mention there are a lot of filters on these rigs?

Went cross country with the family and 3 dogs last summer: Niagara, Badlands, Yellowstone, Bryce, Zion, North Rim of the GC, Mesa Verde, Corning glass, and many other stops.

This winter I'm reconstructing a wall that has water damage (driver side window from ceiling to floor, from front cap to super slide-out), replacing carpet with cork, and stopping the rust from getting any worse.

This summer, we are planning either to go North to Nova Scotia or South to the Blue Ridge & Smokies. Now that the rear AC is fixed, south isn't bad (capacitors went on the hottest stretch of our trip last summer).

If anybody needs help with an RV project, there isn't much I haven't had to take apart on a truck or RV at one time or another. I just wish the manufacturer's believed in "Design for Service" or chose better materials for construction. I mean why use plain oriented strand board when you could use a moisture resistant version that would save huge headaches WHEN the coach leaks. Yes, I said it... WHEN the coach leaks. Even with the ALuminum roof on my coach, they didn't get the rivets through into the frame rail along a short stretch, so it leaked. The rivets just pulled out by hand - weren't even flared into anything!

Makes me want to build my own rig, again...

Enough Ranting. Hello, my name is Josh, and I like the smell of diesel.
