SO gen fire 2005_Sportscoach_Cross_Country_372DS

i found this RV this way and like to work on things to kill time

LOL this time killer is still on going :nonono:

:popcorn:so as lot of you know i installed a GM 350 /TH400 to just get the RV to move around and get it home ??? yes it was a DP !! now it is a gas like the UFO setup this was like this for 2 years and did ok in FL and for any one asking it did drive like a 1 ton truck and i could do 65 MPR but it was just a temp setup

after parking it at a friends house i now have pulled the 350 out and started to install the newer 8.1l allison 5 speed setup

as you can see i am now in the fun part of wiring and soon power up testing

some of you guys know how it is with month to month income things are slow but i am getting there

pulled the old roof off here

i am 6.2 high so walking around in a RV that as only made for 6.2 high inside did not work so good for me so i moved the roof up 16in

made a cap to feel in the space

pulled the wallpaper off and stated to install new wood where needed

pulled the front cap from a newer RV i am sure alot can guess

Gotta hand it to u
Man-o-man, that is some project !!. Looking back, are you glad or regretted tackling this project?

That's awesome, did you do it within the budget you thought it would initially cost? I've built cars from the ground up but that project looks like a whole lot of work.

Dude, this is epic. I am subscribed. If you ever go to "Up North Michigan" get in touch with me, we'll have a spot for you to plug in a sit a while. I don't even know you and I like you.

Simply WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

One question - while it may appear a nosy one - what do you do for a full time living that affords you that much time off?!?!?!?!

Where did you get all of the incredible talent?????

Will it be able to pass the smog compliant test in California when finished? Just kidding! You are the MAN.

That's an incredible undertaking. What's your estimate in terms of time and money on this project?
