Sagging Full Wall Slide

I have a full wall slide that has been coming in a bit slow. I looked underneath the slide today and found the bolts that attach from the slide to the three support beams loose. I'm trying to think of how to raise the slide back up a 1/2 inch. I was thinking of a 4X4 , maybe 4 ft long post lengthwise under a jack, then move down to the next beam, but not sure if that would be the way to do it.
Anyone ever encountered this type of issue?

Your solution is exactly how the shop raised mine when I had my slide worked on. Just don't put your hands anywhere where if the jacks slip you end up getting them crushed.

I would span the three and use a couple of jacks raising them all at once....

Thanks for your help.
I did manage to do a minor adjustment by bringing in the slide almost to closed and was able to adjust some of the sag. That will be good until I can spend some time to do it right.
