As I set about winterizing the water system of my Diplomat for the first time, I became a little confused by the instructions in the Owner's Manual. They didn't seem complete to me, and some steps even seemed slightly out of order. Therefore, I decided to spend some time recording all the steps in a detailed, time-efficent order, so that the process would become very easy in the years to come. http://irv2.infopop.cc/images/program.gif

I've posted the complete procedure here, for anyone who may be interested. These instructions should be appropriate for any Monaco coach from the Camelot on down, as well as the HR and Beaver equivalents, of course.

Great job, Robin. Something every owner should keep handy.

I've developed a more-simple procedure...
1) Pack up the coach.
2) Head east til the road ends.
3) Turn south til the road ends.
4) Enjoy.

Ron,

Your procedure is indeed the "preferred procedure". In fact, you've just inspired me to change my signature.

Robin,
Excellent work. Monaco ought to offer you a contract to include in their owners manual. Much clearer and comprehensice. Good job.

That said, I do have to agree with Ron's winterizing. We will be doing just that early January and I'll salute you, with beer in hand, when we reach the Florida keys.

Mark,

Thanks. ...and I'm gonna hold you to that salute. http://irv2.infopop.cc/groupee_commo.../icon_wink.gif As you sit in the sun on the Keys, think of me shovelling snow in Pennsylvania. http://irv2.infopop.cc/images/frustrated.gif
