On our way down to Mazatlan Mexico thought we would try to get rid of the factory paint swirls. After many converstations with many "experts" we had recommendations from try a light McQuiers carnuba wax to major buffing with a heavy duty compound.

Tried the carnuba with light hand application(our original thought, which is what a tech rep at Newmar also recommended) and viola nor more swirls(don't know if they will return later, but for the moment we have conquered our only major issue with the new coach)!
