I have begun to have some problems with my inverter.

When not connected to shore power or the generator running, the inverter works as advertised. Once I connect to either of these power sources, the inverter switches over to this power as it is supposed to. Within a minute or two, the 120V power turns off in the coach but the charger contines to charge the batteries. When I turn the breaker off to the inverter it switches back to inverting and all works well.

I recently had the customer improvement program completed on the inverter that updated the firmware on the inverter. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it or not.

Unfortunately, my dealer is not an authorized Xantrex dealer and therefore will probably not be able to work on it.

Any help or ideas on things to check would be appreciated.

If you have had some updates to inverter wouldn't it be wise to find a local Xantrex dealer or call them on their web service line.
Should be under warranty still from Xantrex.
