I've got a Norcold 4-door frig with my new Mountainaire and the manual says there's a drain hose leading to a cup and that when you store the RV, or want to defrost the frig, you are supposed to take the hose out of the cup and put it into a larger container to catch the all the water. I've now searched for I won't say how long without success for this hose and cup. Any help will really be appreciated.

On mine, it is located on the back of the unit accessed through the removable lower panel on the outside of the coach.

It empties into a small 3" X 4" X 1" plastic container.

It can look like the hose is attched to something but, it is just resting at the bottom of the container.

alanz, also remove the line from water line to drain and let water drain from valve that its connected to. If you open all the lines the water will drain out of refer and you will not need RV-anti into ice maker. Use a sponge to remove water from container for making ice than use paper towels to dry completely. Don't forget all traps at sink locations and washer drier location, your shower inside and outside.
You can pump RV-anti thru all plumbing and leave some in toilet drains to protect seals. http://irv2.infopop.cc/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif
Close your bypass valves for hot water heater.
