Which horns are you referring to? The standard electric or Hadley type air?

The standard horn should have a fuse in the fuse block located under the cover in the dash board, drivers side. The electric horns mounted on the roof are turned on/off using the switch mounted on the panel located below the radio. I am not sure where the fuse is located. However, if both are not working, I would suspect the horn button or wiring in the steering column. My 02 Mountain Aire had a short in the steering column wiring early in its life.

rugrats welcome to the Newmar forum and irv2. http://irv2.infopop.cc/images/luxhello.gif
justlou is correct the fuse is located on the small fuse panel attached to the larger one.
Fuse-2 20AMP. If you have a airhorn would be Fuse-30 20 AMP with a airhorn relay K-4. Will be under lip of dash cover.
