Bolt through wiper blades.
I am trying to find a source for bolt through wiper blades. If anyone uses the same type of wiper blades where did you purchase them? All post are appreciated.

Mine has bolts that hold the wiper blades on . I've never lost the bolts but I've had to replace the nuts. They are either 2mm or 3mm Nylocs. I get them from a RC hobby store.

This is the site that did the motor and blade assembly for T/S. Purchased the whole assembly from them for my 2002 Select and blades for my 2007 Limited.

Since there are multiple different wiper arms used on Tiffin coaches, why don't you post a picture? You might also want to give Tiffin Service a call and ask them about which arms will fit your vintage coach.

Thanks for all the post, especially on finding a source for the nuts, I purchase mine at ASE Supply Outlet Store great service but the shipping amount was just amount of purchase. Gary when I clicked on your link, the page has problems.

Roger I have check with Tiffin before on wiper arms, they didn't have any in stock. After the coach get too old they don't restock the parts after they sell out whats on hand.

I have found a site that has parts for older RV.

Click on "Home" and then "Find Wipers".

Came up wierd for me too when I just clicked on it.

Nuts and bolts come with the Trico HD & RV Wipers.

Be sure to check the width of the saddle where the bolt goes through. There are a couple of different widths of bolt through blades. I know because I ordered the wrong ones for ours.

I had bolt-through blades on my old Alpine. The replacement blades from Camping World were pricey. I was able to get slightly shorter and a lot cheaper blades from Walmart or O'Reillys. They had universal attachments but the blades themselves had the two holes necessary. It took a little reaming to enlarge the holes and some washers to tighten the fit but they worked fine. When the original shoulder screws failed, it was easy to replace with SAE bolts and locking nuts.

We have those same bolt through wiper arms. I normally purchase Michelin 26" blades and use a dremel to grind the rivet out, then drill the hole out just a bit so that the same bolts will fit through the new hole. Sometime I use a bit of black paint to touch up where I ground the rivet out. We have found these to be the easiest to find as well as reasonably priced. Though 30" inch blades are called for, the 26" have been more than adequate.
