I would bet bad fuel pump. I replaced mine that only had about 12 hrs on the generator.
Also relocated out from under the circuit board to the frame rails.
Airtex E11007 Fuel Pump from Amazon.

If your RV and the Onan share the same gas tank it is necessary to have sufficient gas in the tank. Some say 1/4 to 1/3 full. If I need to use it overnight I make sure it is closer to 1/2 full

Had this exact issue last year. Similar rig as yours and same generator. New fuel Pump and filter fixed it. Kind of a PIA to R&R but definitely doable. You can google this and find some you tube videos to help you out. My Onan had about 40 hours. Go figure.

Same issue here, low hrs micro 4k, first fuel.pump failure was at 80hrs, replaced with oem onan, that one lasted 70 hrs, went with airtex from amazon 300 hrs and still no issues.

I second the bad/ failing fuel pump; many start by dying after 60-90-min, progressing to dying after 15, then 3-5? Replacement can be $25-$30 and 1-hour of your time, or $300-$600 in a shop? Special tools I needed (had) were T-27 TORX Bit and line wrench set/ flare nut wrenches. both available HF fairly cheap.

Went through this issue on our last RV with Onan 4000. I agree with replacing the fuel pump with the aftermarket version from Amazon. We put about 300 hours on it before selling the coach.

I replaced mine with Airtex purchased on Amazon.I would be leery of no name replacements available online.Name brand is worth the extra few dollars.

I replaced mine with an Airtex purchased on Amazon after low hour oem failed a second time. The airtex has almost 300 hours with no problem. This is one of the few time I wouldn’t recommend anything other than oem
