No issue! We haven't put jacks down in almost eight years. Yes, it rocks a little bit during entry / exit but we don't really notice it anymore. Enjoy the experience!

On our past several trips, after the first mile or so, we began getting a soft audible tone (a soft tone like a digital bell) . I can tell it's coming from the Allison panel. No visual dash alarms....

Yes, a DP will handle differently (better) because of their weight, suspension and bigger tires. I prefer the state highways (better views, less traffic) and driving about 68.

Car batteries don't do well for long draw applications so they not typically good as house batteries. Deep cycle batteries are the best since the loads are slow and steady. The 31MDC is a good choice.

No need to completely fill the HW tank with pink stuff - a little in the bottom is ok if any at all. The purpose of the pink stuff is to displace water that is difficult to remove from the system.
