Buyer beware. The basement units are expensive to fix. That said they have improved over time. I would likely not purchase another Class A with the basement unit, unless it had a serviceable access...

Let me know if you found resolution to the basement AC issue. We have the same in our 02 Horizon. It's been worked on twice at considerable costs. Since then, I educated my self on AC systems....
