Thanks to all for the encouragement for the repairs. The answer is a Standard Dodge sensor , BUT , the wiring of that sensor can be reversed , caused the Magnet inside ( N, S poles) to have a change...

It takes 24 degrees to FULLY open a thermostat... STANT Engineering #s

So, if I have a 180 thermostat +- 1 degrees accuracy == cracks open at 180+1 degrees...

If I might suggest many people get away with soft lines to and from radiator cooling for the tranny. Just make sure the clamps are not over sized and provide a good even circular crimp... perhaps use...
