Remove the two screws and the grill. Take a small mirror and flashlight, look into the duct opening. I did this and found there were no ducting at all.
Remedy : Insert a piece of foam.

Bad electrical element. Mine did the same thing. Replaced element...... all is good. Careful to NOT have switch on if water tank is empty. You will have to repeat the process again.
