Generator will not turn over

Generator was running fine, turned it off for a few hours and now will not even turn over. It’s a 2015 Dutchstar 4312 and any suggestions before we call mobile service would be appreciated.

We have the extenda booth in our 2015 Dutchstar that we absolutely love since there’s six of us. There is no storage in it and I believe the electric version is the same and there would be no storage.

Just had same EXACT problem on a 2015 DS4312 two weeks ago on passenger front slide, $4,000.00 for repairs. Everything they replaced seems much higher quality and beefier motor, etc.
