I have a brand new Firgelli FA-150-12-P Premium Actutator. This is the 150 lb. 4" unit.
This is replacement part for Newmar slide locks that operates the paddles.

Update

The light metal inside the plastic handle failed allowing the lever to spin on the valve shaft.
On the new valves they have changed the design to a metal handle.

You might want to check the level in your engine coolant overflow tank. The tank has a sensor. If it is low & you are changing elevation it may set off the alarm.

When you removed that case you will have access to the slide lock actuator. It is probably the most difficult one...
