On the underside of your coach there should be a drain with a valve to turn it on and off. That's the low point drain. Different from the fresh water overflow because it can be turned on and off.

You mean the pump never turns off or it takes longer than normal to prime and turn off? It's normal for the pump to take a few seconds longer on battery power, but it shouldn't be more than 5 or 10...

If you have factory heating pads, there will be a switch for them. Probably in the basement. You can get aftermarket pads or run the furnace. Electric heat doesn't go to the basement.
