I did use the zerk fitting. When it is full you will see a little grease coming out of the bearing edges. Then it's time to stop lubin.

I think it's a panel over insulation. I would be careful drilling into it as plumbing And wires are there.

Update

Lubed the s cams and the king pins. Noise is gone and doesn't jerk. Thanks!! I think the brakes were not applying properly and pulling one way. Also the amount of pedal pressure to stop has gone way...
