Fuel shut off solenoid

I became aware of a problem with my 325 hp Cummings engine. As you see from the picture, the solenoid came apart. The nonfunctional solenoid leaves the fuel shut off preventing engine start.404958

Your description sounds like a connection common to the generator slide and the living room slide. Look at the wiring around those two switches. Wish you good troubleshooting.
