Check the sidewall of the tire, E rated tires max pressure listed at 80 psi. That's what I also use with no problems on a Creekside 20FQ.

Double check Black Valve is truly closed

Experienced same thing once....fix was easy ....just ensure black valve ROD is seated correctly...found that pushing black rod "straight in" needed a bit of help to get past a slight hang-up... moved...
