I have eyeballed all the vacuum lines and haven't seen a leak. The lines aren't brittle. Not to say that's not possible. The lever on the actuator does not move, even with some force.

The Ebay one looks exactly like the one I purchased. the valve presses against the R12 valve, so it leaks. The R12 valve does move when I test it with a small screwdriver, so it isn't stuck in place....
