We had similar issues with ATT and been with them for 20 years. I switched to Verizon and sued ATT. ATT spent more on lawyers and court fee's than I would have accepted.

WIth all the phone apps out there now what it the easiest way to get it aligned, using an antenna on a tripod. I see some people out there forever and some for a couple minutes.
