We get a little "burp" of air when we flush and the tank is nearing full, That's when we dump I believe it burps when the liquid covers the vent tube. Works for us.

We tow a 2005 Scion XB, 2,400 lbs, 5 speed. Just turn ignition to ACC and go. No mileage or speed limitations. Lots of headroom and room for four adults. Fun to drive as well.

older low milage

State Law

Kansas requires only that you be able to stop in 40 feet at 20 mph. They require a braking system in the second car when flat towing using tow bars in a three car group. (Lots of auto auctions here)
