My LCD display has 5 small vertical lines missing and appears not to be deteriorating. It has good brightness.The question is live with it or replace it? What is the procedure for replacement?

on the indicator. I have tried left side low with the leveling jacks,no help. When I flush the tank I get just a trickle of out flow. Any ideas
