Did you check your liquid level in the radiator ? The rad might be the problem.
I had a radiator leak on my 2010, top passenger side of the radiator and the radiator had to be changed.

Did both of your old A/C's run at the same time on your GEN before ?
30 AMPS is OK for one A/C to work one at the time; if you want both A/C to work on your GEN, you will need some special wiring.
