I had the same issue on my 2006 Mountain Aire, I had to get a new flasher from Spartan direct.
They use a special flasher so know parts house had one!

I had Ceramic tint put on my windows last year and the difference is amazing. It block 97% of the heat transfer! If comes in clear or many tinted percentages.
