Head bolt torque for a 1992 454

Am about to put my motor home back together look in the book I down load for it but it has not got the torque setting or the tightening pattern for the head bolts

New to rving battery discharge

Could this be the insolator is bad when I checked it would read 0.01 to 6.89 to 12.88 volts it would jump around a lot will not give not volts to start genset
But the genset will start when wire is...
