I had rear jack leaking down on my 06 Envoy and called Equalizer company. They told me the jacks are not repairable so I bought a new one from them and no more leak down. They are not cheap.

Yes I did mine last winter. Not a bad job. I used marine plywood with new under belly material and new aluminum sheet inside. Used plenty of silicone to seal it up so no moisture can attach the wood....
